- DCDietra CunninghamMay 28, 20261.0I purchased a purse and matching sandal. There was no sandal in the store to try on. I ordered a size up to accommodate the size on line. When I received the sandal and it was too small. With the shoe not fitting, I planned to return the items. Since this was bought as a set, the option was to return or exchange. I was not aware of the 14 day refund policy. But then being informed that I could not exchange is absurd. With the state of the economy, it is unfair to have no flexibility in your policy. Also, the person that relayed the message was pretty rude and very short with his communication. Where you could have gained a loyal client, there will be no further purchases because of the lack of flexibility.
