  I bought a polo shirt in the store $63.31, I used it once and after washing it I went from being xxl to M, the fabric totally wrinkled of poor quality I went to the store and they did not accept the claim according to them for the wash and that it had no label🤦🏻‍♂️, a very bad experience with a product that looked very good but of very poor quality, a brand with a name but very little help to customer returns, it was my last purchase 👎🏻

  This is worse store ever I won't buy no more clothing and shoes they are expensive and they won't take return or store credit 😕

  I recently visited the Boss store at this outlet and had an unpleasant experience with an arrogant white man who shouted at my wife and me and kicked us out, accusing us of scattering shirts around. We were simply waiting for a while to find the right sizes, as no one came to assist us. We searched for the sizes ourselves and picked out 10 shirts, intending to pay and leave. That’s when this rude individual arrived and behaved in such a disgraceful manner. I request that the management of the Boss store hold this individual accountable for his behavior, as he ruined the store’s chance of selling its products, which is the main purpose of the store being in the outlet. I strongly warn others to avoid dealing with this individual. If there was an option for a rating lower than one star, I would have chosen it. Additionally, I visited the Boss outlet website and submitted a formal complaint about this disrespectful person, especially since I noticed many other comments highlighting his poor behavior, as though he owned the store or inherited it from his parents. What’s strange is that there has been no response from Boss regarding these comments.
