Today I came,i usually have a pleasant visit since this is the only closest store by me. But today to have 5 associates working nobody greeted me as usual nobody asked if I needed help finding anything nobody asked if I found everything ok. I stood at the register while 3 associates looked at the computer to help one customer all I need to to was set some items down so that I could go in the dressing room. I watched as they spoke to everyone but me maybe because I was the youngest in the store but I did not feel welcomed. It’s already frustrating coming into the store and only finding 1-2 bras in my size I’m a 42 H and I hate having to order off line but my experience today was not as happy and greeting at all especially watching 3 associates walk pass me not asking if I need help like the normal ladies who are usually there would do

I havent shopped at Lane Bryant in a very long time but decided to order some bras online and due to being a poor fit I went to the abrwntqood location to return them. After seeing the size that I was returning, the sales associate named Zykiah suggested that I get fitted to make sure I was wearing the correct size. After declining I decided to take her up on the offer and to my surprise I had been wearing the wrong size for 20 years! She was very knowledgeable about the type of bras I should wear for my breast anatomy and every option I tried on was a perfect fit. I immediately purchased 6 bras. After wearing them for a couple of weeks and making sure they were truly a good fit and comfortable I visited this store again and purchased 6 more. I am truly thankful for this young lady offering to fit me and not let me walk away disappointed. Both times her service was amazing. I will continue to visit this store just to shop with her.

I was in a predicament where I had an event dress and the bra I originally purchased to go with it wasnt fitting me. Helen converted several different bra sizes to find out what would fit me best, looked at several different styles on me and helped me find a bra for my event! She also completed my sign up to the rewards program I had mistakenly thought I was already signed up for. Thank you so much Helen!! Wardrobe disaster avoided thanks to your help!
