  Should have read the reviews before ordering. Custom, bulk order for an event. Placed order 7 weeks in advance. Production issues. They never told me. Attempted to resolve with expedited shipping, but didn’t let me know they couldn’t ship to address given. Event has come and gone. No need for hats. Then asked to reship. Said they’d be here a week ago (not that I need or want two dozen hats now). No tracking information. No hat. 12 weeks later and nothing. Still out $ for the order. Customer service was friendly and attempted to be helpful but seems corporate can’t figure anything out.

  I’ve purchased a ton of ‘slip on’ Imperial visors over the years from golf pro shops. Lately however, they seem to being made with cheaper plastic, although the price keeps going up. I’ve had a few that have ‘snapped’ within a year….very disappointing. They used to last 5+ years or more….where’s your quality control?
