- NBNoelle Bell4 days ago5.0The service at this location is absolutely out of this world! Samantha listened to every request I had and made sure everything was perfect. Heather is THE BEST she was able to get my ring checked out while I was still in the store, since I was traveling the following weekend and didn’t want to leave without my ring. I could not be more grateful for the amazing staff here!
- SBSarah Boynton5 days ago5.0We had a very lovely experience here at Shane Co with Kati! She’s super personable and great to work with! She took the time to listen to our needs and we were able to find the perfect ring set for an upgrade! She was very knowledgeable! Would recommend coming here for your jewelry shopping!
- JJJosiah JohnsonOct 8, 20263.0Perfect overall thus far, though a situation rubbed me the wrong way. I had purchased a ring online for in store pickup and when I went to pick up they needed to run my card again but for about 300$ more than the agreed upon price. I was able to get them to honor the original price from my original receipt. I don’t understand why this would be the case so be careful as you could be charged more than you thought.
- HWHarley W.Oct 3, 20265.0Samantha K did an amazing job, we walked in and she immediately knew what my soon to be fiances style was and picked out a beautiful set, she was very knowledgeable and informative, we will definitely be back and highly recommend her and Shane Co.!
- MMMSep 23, 20261.0I have been very frustrated with the horrible communication skills during a customization process. I have asked several questions on what is possible with the wedding band I want and they have danced around the answer and even ignored some of the questions. They do not go out of their way to be helpful. It appears that a custom piece is an inconvenience to them and it seems that they just want you to buy something out of the display. They are very pushy even though they say they don't make commission on sales. They did not listen to what I was thinking and just started pushing what they wanted. It's been very disappointing.
