  We love the woodbury location. Ask for Samantha or Jim if you want top shelf service and knowledge about jewelry. We had great experiences with several of the staff members, but these two worked with us the most and really stood out. We needed 5 rings and earring sets for our wedding. I made a poor purchase from another store before visiting here and upon seeing the quality of the shane co pieces, I knew the engagement ring I had needed to be replaced with a better piece from Shane Co. Samantha saved my butt and had several rings from across their stores brought to this location for me to view in person. Among them, was the ring we fell in love with. I already had a loose diamond (from a past purchase) that I was nervous about using in this setting. I brought the diamond to Samantha who inspected it and compared the cert's and such for me on the spot. She confirmed it was legit and everything checked out with the certificates. I was unbelievably relieved when she told me the diamond was nearly perfect and would fit the setting with zero issues. Samantha did advise me there would be a setting fee of around $300 and it could take about a week or so for the ring to be completed. It was well worth the wait. For the other pieces, Jim and Jessica were great. It required several visits with all the recipients needing to be measured and then give their tastes and stone preferences. Every single person found the perfect ring and earrings. We wanted to exchange a couple pieces that we felt could be better matched to us. For example, we got one ring in white gold but when the recipient put it on, we realized that rose gold would look better. They took the ring back without batting an eye and had the new rose gold ring put together for us to pickup within a week. Over the past 20 years or so, we have purchased around 25 pieces from shane co. all from this location. While some of them were expensive even the lower priced pieces have stood up great and we have never returned an item or needed a repair. I would also note, that if you are comparing prices, do not overlook the value of craftsmanship and the ability to return/exchange your item. I am telling you, 10-20-50 years after the purchase, you will not be thinking about what you paid, you will be too busy admiring your collection.

  I have two rings from here, including my engagement ring. We stopped in today to have them checked for warranty purposes and to look at rings for him. It’s a 3-hour drive each way for us, but we make the trip every six months to keep the warranty valid. Unfortunately, once we were on our way home, we realized the gentleman who had the jeweler inspect my rings didn’t take down our information, so there’s no record of our visit. That's disappointing given the importance of staying compliant with the warranty. Before leaving, we did spend time looking at rings for him with a sales associate who was very helpful and even texted us links to the styles we liked—so we’re hoping that might serve as some form of proof if needed. We’ve visited a Shane Co. location in Missouri as well as this one in Minnesota, and both have been well-staffed with friendly, helpful employees. Overall, we’ve had great experiences and will absolutely continue to purchase jewelry here. Next time, we’ll just be sure to confirm our visit is properly recorded before leaving.

  Shane Co of Woodbury has been simply a blessing in mine and my finances lives. They have been nothing but professional and always so efficient. We have had two of the best encounters with Jewelry Consultant Kati Macias! She was so very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone. We have been very pleased with our experiences and love our jewelry!❤️

  Wonderful service and such kind staff. Jessica helped me and my fiancé find the perfect rings. She listened to what styles we liked and found rings to match our visions quickly- she took the stress out of the equation so we could focus on our excitement. We could not be more excited for our rings and are so grateful for the aid she provided. Also love to highlight how LGBTQ+ friendly the store and Jessica were. Thank you for everything!
