Every time I’ve experienced staff listening to understand, give attention to detail, and go above and beyond in customer service. My engagement ring and wedding band were bought here in 2008 and 2010. I just had Shane Co here help replace a side diamond that fell out (2026). They still go above and beyond in timeliness and service, and even FedEx’d my ring back to me since I live out of state now. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service over the years.
