  My fiancée and I visited a few different jewelers to look at options for engagement rings but nobody came close to the experience we had with Shane Co. From the start, we never felt pressured to go out of our budget and the communication with the employees was always transparent, which we really appreciated. Caity in particular was a huge help in the process and helped us find the perfect ring and diamond shape. Between looking for the ring we wanted, getting all the details right, purchasing, and the subsequent cleanings/adjustments, Caity and her crew made the entire process essentially effortless. We would definitely suggest shopping at Shane Co to others that are looking for a ring in a place that feels welcoming and competent. We will definitely be back to look at wedding bands!

  It was first time looking for a ring for my, now, fiancée and I had no clue what kind of industry I was going into. This place had great representatives that were so kind and welcoming. They taught me so much, yet so little, about diamonds and rings. If this is your first time, or not, I would highly recommend Shane Co. :) 5/5!

  Kati, Sam and Diane are amazing! I was in multiple times for my now fiancé to make her engagement ring perfect and they took time to explain, show and made the whole experience so great! My fiance and I came in to get my ring and again, so much fun and Kati was wonderful! My fiance even got a chain to wear her promise ring as a necklace and we found her a set of diamond studs. She looks beautiful!! All of the Shane Co. staff were so great to work with and we will definitely be back! Kati, Sam and Diane, truly, thank you for your time, patience and fun experiences you have given me/us at the Woodbury Shane Co!!

  A great experience to build to up to the special day. Mike greeted me and helped me find the right fit and shape. Samantha helped me find the perfect stone and setting. Both Mike and Samantha were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. They were personable and worked with me and my budget without pressuring me to go above it. They have a lot of great options to meet anyone’s needs and wants. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the ring my future wife will wear forever. We went to other stores, but they didn’t come even close to the customer experience that Shane Co offered from customization to completely backing their jewelry to making you feel great about your purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone. We will not shop anywhere else going forward.
