Still had all the tags on, receipt in hand, undamaged. They said it was past 30 days, could not return them, could not even get store credit to buy something else in the store. No flexibility, poor customer support.

Exceptional customer service. I absolutely would love coming back here for Josh. Not to forget the store is huge and lots of good things in there too.
