I’ve never been to a dsw prior to this and I’ll never be back to one and strongly would advise others from going to this deceptive company as well

- AWA WalzApr 25, 20261.0I get that theft is a huge problem... but I wanted to try on a pair of nike's and it says to ask an associate for the right shoe. So I ask the nearest associate and he tells me they keep the right shoe up at the registers. So you have to go stand in the long line to get the other shoe to even try it on. Def need a better system or more people at registers to facilitate this. And they wonder why brick and mortar is dying and being replaced with online shopping. I'd rather just order try on at home than deal with understaffed and inconvenient stores.
