  Screaming employee tried to kick me out while inspecting used firearm. Threatened and belittled me. GM did nothing. Other employee had to push him out of the room. Bought the firearm and it didnt fire. Told i could not get a refund or any help for a useless, expensive tube. This is the 4th time. 1 rifle, 1 handgun and 2 shotguns. I have lost so much money from this store.

  I bought a card reader some months ago and it wasn't working I brought it in the person in the back tried fixing it but he couldn't he did not know what was wrong with it so I thought I would take it to somebody that knew something about computer and electronic devices long sorry short I never got to do that when I did bring it in to return it they said it was too long of a. I told him that it was a defective equipment and I would just like store credit they refused store credit I will never do business with them again!

  One of my top go to places for fishing and related gear. If anyone ever actually asked me if they could help me find something I'd probably keel over. 🙄 I also find it annoying that they keep trying to push their credit card off on me.

  I feel stupid that I fell for it, but I was absolutely scammed by the Hilton rep they have at the store. Was in Cabelas looking for a gun case and was approached by the Hilton rep. She told me that they were trying to get more people to visit their resort locations so they were offering 3 night stays for 199. My wife and I thought it would be a nice getaway with the kids and were told we could cancel anytime if we decided against it. 32 days later we decided that we were going to book a stay. The booking site looked a little weird and didn’t give the actual locations of the resorts so I called to book. On calling, I find out that this is a timeshare scheme and that during the stay we are required to go to a presentation that I had no idea about when signing up. I asked to cancel and they told me I had 30 days and would not do it. 5 months later, my wife and i decide, whatever, we’re just going to do it. Called in to find out that the stay is just at a normal hotel and to book at the resort that you have to go visit the timeshare at, is another 40-80 dollars a night. The hotel to book directly through their site is almost less than the promotional price I paid and I have to go to a 3 hour sales pitch. Super disappointed that a company like Cabelas allows these sales tactics on their premises.

  My fiancé and I went to Sunglass Hut but couldn’t find anything we liked for our upcoming trip to Greece and were told Cabela’s was a great place to go. We stopped in tonight and Madilyn was working. She was lovely, so bright and bubbly! She dug through many drawers to help find a pair that worked with my face shape and that was within our price range; she pulled several that I liked but two that were near perfect. I greatly appreciated her expert advice on what complemented me, her eagerness to help, and all the time she took to find the right pair. We walked away very happy with our purchases. I just wanted to give her a shoutout because we are grateful to have walked in when she was working!
