- LLLa Loko1 day ago1.0I came in here to sell my firearm and the guy at the door (Ronnie)who always pesters you to sign up for the credit card was very rude .I asked him to explain multiple times respectfully to explain why I need to check in my firearm and he just kept repeating that I need to check in my firearm , then he proceeds to grab my pistol from my hands another worker came to diffuse the situation. The worker who came to defuse the situation asked Ronnie did you tell him to fill out the paperwork for checking in the firearm , Ronnie than says No he was being a smartass to me . I hope management handles Ronnie’s poor customer service and speak to him about the way he was speaking to me

And let me tell you, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything I was looking for. He was very polite, patient, and friendly. My experience with him has had me return several times and made my fishing experience so much fun and so successful.

I waited at the firearms area for so long that someone would come and help me but the two staff there were sticking together and cracking jokes, at some point another customer came up because he had enough just like me, he asked help and one of the two staff replied " one customer at the time!" Pal, you been doing nothing but joke with your colleague for 30 minutes together instead of splitting and helping others... I went directly to the front office to complain and just to find out another lazy worker there giving me fake excuses about the way things work at Cabelas.. The cherry on the cake was asking me for an ID just to buy accessories... Even in CA they dont ask ID's... Will never return. From now on I will fully support smaller businesses.
