  Manager Sophie on duty assigned associate to racks, which would be fine. If manager decided to actually do something instead of talking negatively about her other associates. She also just had an interview leave as me and my partner came in, the manager was talking poorly about the candidate and was complaining about how he has tattoos, was considering not hiring him on because of that. This is the most uptight place I've ever been in, the staff here is awful. Ignored my alternatively dressed partner entirely, but dropped everything to help a lady that was dressed "normally" as soon as she came in. It is very clear that there is a lot of prejudice in this building and I cannot express how disappointing it is to see that. We will never be coming back, nor recommending this place. Online purchasing from now on.

  Was just in the store 5 Minutes ago, My wife was shopping she had 2 outfits and some slippers. I was sitting on a corner of a display, You're employee rudely told me I couldnt sit there. I have a complete Knee replacement scheduled for Wednesday in 4 days. I asked if there was another spot I could sit and she walked away. Needless to say we Put all the merchandise down and left. You Lost a sale today.. We Will never shop another American Eagle store again and ill make sure an old tell all our friends...
