I decided to try Reeds Guns and Ammo because they had a good price on the firearm I wanted, but this turned into the worst firearm purchasing experience I’ve ever had. First, it took over four business days just to process and ship the order. Then the shotgun arrived damaged because of unbelievably careless packaging. The bolt handle was pushed through the box, parts and chokes were loose and banging around inside, and nothing was properly wrapped or protected. No plastic on the barrel, no protection on the stock — just thrown into a box with zero care for a $1,400+ firearm. I am honestly shocked anyone thought this was an acceptable way to ship a new shotgun. There is absolutely no excuse for it. Disgusting experience.

She thought it could be a couple days to research it, but a little over an hour she emailed us the info and a copy of our receipt. We can can see why she is part of Reeds Customer Service Department. Wish all companies had employees of her caliber. Reed's is lucky to have her aboard. 🍻 👏
