  HPB is always an adventure. If you still enjoy holding and reading a physical book, this is a great place to go without breaking the bank. You can also sell your books and dvds here.

  Consistently awful experience trading in / selling books here. It feels like every single time they tell me it will be “30-40 minutes” and I end up waiting closer to 90 minutes. What makes it particularly infuriating is that you’ll see numerous employees standing around, doing nothing, and small talking with each other while your books are sitting there waiting to be priced. They’re very slow and never seem to care to speed up when there’s a backlog.

  I love this place!! If read classics the selection is awesome. This place is a gem!! I highly recommend it.

  I am not one to complain I swear but I just waited 2 hours in store to “sell” 4 big boxes of books and a good quarter of the books were brand new copies, unused. I was expecting like at least $20 for all of those books. They gave me $12.75… at that point I wish I had just donated the books. Such a slap in the face and waste of time.
