  Greated with smiles and great directions of what was going on. Get there early if your selling any books, magazines, videos or puzzles. Great prices on all the items!

  They pay rock bottom prices for fine books. By comparison, their sale prices range from excellent to poor. Too many hurt books in stock. The store is cramped and not very aromatic. Many good deals on books and media, but these take some dedicated searches and time. Some staff welcome you while others ignore you.

  Not one to complain but the staff was pretty rude and never asked me for my name or ID when I checked in to sell books, came back after 30 minutes and they told me someone would’ve asked for my ID. They never asked me for that and just told me to put the books somewhere.

  Customer service here is superb! I had to sell some books as I am moving out of state. I have mobility issues so I called from my car to see if they could come out to get 2 boxes of books. Enter Keeton! He brought my books in and could see that my mobility issues were more than minor (thoughtful). He got permission from his manager to go the extra mile. He took care of the whole transaction while I'm sitting in my vehicle. What an exceptional employee and person Keeton is to your store! Thank you Keeton!

  Just left never coming back to this place again for sure 😭 and I rarely take the time to write bad reviews 😢 but very rude staff I was told it would be 1 hour to get my books done All I had was a small stuff meanwhile, they were still customers ahead of me 😭 And all I could hear the whole time I was there Instead of the staff working Just talking about their personal lives 😂😂 and not doing their jobs to make the customers A priority 😢 I I wasn’t the only one who had a issue with this Today I heard quite a few other Customers talk about this issue Very selfish of the workers 😭 I just don’t like stores that don’t have compassionate For their customers 😭 and you are more focused on themselves And their personal lives 😂 and just trying to become friends with each other Instead of caring about the customers And having compassion towards others and their customers 😭
