    I don’t understand how the holding policy changes when in past time it was 2 hour hold from when store opens. Should be more clear to customers when they call that it’s from the time they call, like if they post something at 9:15 and store don’t open until 10 should let customers know they have until 11:15 which only makes it a 1hr & 15min hold from when store opens, which Essentially you are losing some min hold. But if they post something when open that’s a different scenario. And they barely buy your items.
