That they used to have a great variety of TM and a few other brands I like. But seems they have been dwindling down and it is either the same 5 items over and over or they only have a few items. But overall I do like the store.

I ordered one item online. 10 minutes after the order I get an email stating I was charged for two. I called immediately and was told the order was in pre shipping and could not be stopped. That is nonsense. Now I have two items and the only way to get my money back for the one I didn’t want is to go to a store. Has anyone else seen this? Have they purposely put an extra item in my order and hoped that I would just keep it because the return is going to be a long drive I don’t want?
