- DHDiane HagemanJun 16, 20261.0I purchased 3 pair of sandals and a pair of fun Bayshore ROXY white tennis shoes/sneakers on Friday, June 5 at the St. Cloud, MN store with a great coupon/deal. I wore the white tennies 4 times for brief periods over 8 days and the bottoms began to flake off. I tried to return/exchange them June 15. They didn't have my size and wouldn't give me a refund since they had been worn outside. Despite my argument that these were flawed shoes and should be returned to the manufacturer, the manager said their policy was no returns in this case and she implied I had worn them more than 4 times. I walked out of the store and won't return. For reference in the photos, I put the Roxy shoe next to an Ionic rubber-soled shoe I purchased in 2023 and have worn hundreds of times. No flaking on those shoes. I plan to reach out to Roxy too. Big disappointment on customer service too.
