  Had a great experience today. We came in to drop off a watch to be serviced and to look at upgrading an existing necklace and earrings. Our sales rep Debra was AWESOME! She took care of us every step of the way and helped us find the most beautiful and perfect diamond earrings for my wife. Everyone we interacted with at RF Moeller was friendly, patient, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you Debra and team! And another big shout out to Matt for his help too; you guys are the best!

  My parents have always spoken highly of R.F. Moeller and have loved working with Jerrad in the past, so I came here to get my engagement ring re-sized because I wanted to make sure it was a jeweler I could trust. They were kind enough to resize it for me within a day because I live out of state and even polished it for me — it looks good as new! Can’t even tell that the size was adjusted. Jerrad was so sweet and a delight to work with! Thank you!

  Visited RF Moeller hoping to get a quote on a custom setting for a lab-grown oval diamond I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the experience felt extremely outdated and dismissive. I was essentially turned away because the stone was lab-grown. The jewelry industry is changing rapidly, and many consumers are intentionally choosing lab-grown diamonds because they offer incredible quality and value without the massive retail markups. Treating customers differently because they didn’t buy a mined diamond through your store feels out of touch with where the market is today. Disappointing experience overall. It came across less like customer service and more like frustration that consumers are becoming educated on the market, finding alternatives, and avoiding the outrageous and predatory markups that have traditionally dominated the industry (especially blood diamonds). Take your business elsewhere.

  I have just had ANOTHER wonderful experience with Taylor at R.F. Moeller. I had looked at a Christopher Designs wedding band a few weeks ago and since we were back in St.Paul, was able to bring my husband into the store to look at it with me. Taylor was great. She explained the quality aspects of the Christopher design which proved to be helpful guidance as we made our our purchase decision. I have had the same top notch experience when I have brought items in for repair and have delt with other team members, they have been fabulous.

  If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! From the moment you walk in, you can tell everyone is here because they love what they do. Between the customer service of the sales team and the gentleman at the front door who welcomes you in, everyone here is so welcoming and wonderful! We had the pleasure of working with Taylor in designing my engagement ring and months later picking out our wedding bands. Taylor is patient, creative and genuinely cares and it shows. Months of designing, 3D images and lots of tweaks was spent to bring our vision to life and it was worth every penny! Taylor takes so much time and energy perfecting her craft. We had a vision of whimsical, earthy and weren’t exactly sure what the end product was going to be. Her and the woman who created the 3D images were an absolute dream team. We came back to purchase wedding bands and were met with the same thoughtful opinions and guidance. Thank you for being such a vital piece in the most important chapter of our lives, we will be back!
