  I had an outstanding experience working with Marlyn. A few months ago, she helped me purchase a necklace, and just a few weeks ago, she assisted me in buying my Rolex. Both experiences were exceptional. Marlyn is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail made both purchases enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her customers and provides first-class service, I can't recommend Marlyn highly enough. I'll definitely be back for future purchases!

  I have had the opportunity to buy several pieces of jewelry, watches, and accessories from R.F. Moeller Jeweler. Who I am kidding? Bob Moeller, President of the organization, treats you like family as they are a multigenerational famliy owned business. I trust them to be honest with competitive prices, and they conduct business in a first class way. They have my business for life!

  Marlyn was amazing to work with she made me instantly feel welcome and calm. During the process she consistently checked in with us and let us know everything going on step by step. I have told everyone that needs jewelry worked on or to buy to see her! But truly everyone that works there is so kind welcoming and knowledgeable. We had my engagement ring sized here and then decided to go with a custom band here. After a terrible experience else where we could not have been happier to work with Moeller. The design that they came up with for the wedding band was incredible. They also were able to work with my mom’s gold where other places would not do. I’m heading back for a fix on a necklace for the wedding as well. 10/10 experience THANK YOU SO MUCH! I’ll be back soon!

  We stopped in for a battery replacement on my wife’s watch. We were met by Nik who was extremely cordial and personable. He took it himself to handle the replacement, gave us a short time frame, offered us refreshments and completed the job as described. Excellent service in a time where that is not always the case. Tip of the cap to Nik and RF Moeller!

  We came here to get engagement bands. As a same-sex couple, we were really anxious about ring shopping generally. The moment we entered the store all of the wonderful staff were kind, helpful and understanding. We were assisted by Taylor, who was very warm and professional in working with us. We are both in the "student" phase of our lives, so our budget for rings was a bit lower than most of the items on the floor. Taylor worked with us for the better part of an hour to order the right rings for our needs. She treated us no differently and gave us no less attention when we told her of our budgetary constraints. She even humored us in trying on really nice things we didn't have the budget for at this juncture. She delivered one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This jeweller carries a wide array of pieces and their incredible staff will work with you to fill your needs with great professionalism and expertise. We are absolutely planning on coming back when it comes time to buy wedding bands!
