Brought it back a few days later to jcpenny in st cloud crossroads mall and they refused to refund it because the tags were removed.. of course i removed the tags, isn’t that the point of a gift? called customer service 1800 number and there is nothing they can do either. I am not the type to write bad reviews but i honestly forgot why i stopped shopping here years ago, I remember now. I get it that you’re company is going bankrupt but this is not the way you’re going to get it back..
