My sales associate, Lowen, suggested that I reopen my Penneys account to take advantage of some discounts. She very quickly managed this for me and also happily gave me several discounts that applied which saved me so much . All while being ever so pleasant and offering a ‘God bless you’ at the end of our interaction. Also, I heard a customer next to me comment to her associate how much she appreciated her customer service. I will definitely be returning to Penneys.

I told her I was looking for a skirt, and she happily helped me find what I was looking for. Afterward, she even guided me to the new checkout area and made sure I knew where to go. Riyan was incredibly kind, helpful, and pleasant throughout my experience. She is clearly a hard worker, and it was wonderful to see her providing such great customer service. It’s also really nice to see Somali diversity represented in the workforce and to see someone doing such a great job. Thank you, Riyan, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!
