  nasty. there was customers undressing themselves in the open at the back area of the store trying on dresses because fitting rooms were too full. definitely not a place where you should be undressing in the open in public like that and staff didn’t seem to care which is weirder. maybe find a way to make sure that doesn’t happen bcs that’s weird. and some weird ass girls bullying other customers, you need to genuinely grow up and find you something safe to do.

  I wish I could give no stars. Horrible. I went shopping for a dress today because I heard it’s the best but not true at all. There was 2-3 girls in the back of the store by the yellow dresses trying on dresses and undressing themselves all the way only undergarments on and I couldn’t even go back there because they were naked. The staff just ignored then and moved on and it’s super disorganized. Lines were horrible. Do not catch me going back.

  Had a frustrating experience at Windsor today. The store was completely disorganized, with no clear signage for fitting room lines and zero communication between staff members. After being told to wait in one line by a CSR, we were sent to the back of another by a different employee who didn't seem to have a clue. Management really needs to step up and provide better direction for both staff and customers.   Terrible service Aniya actually struggles with human decency and customer service. I’m sorry Aniya that you had to do your job for one second and help us she said that we were throwing a tantrum and whining when she didn’t help us the first time. I hope she isn’t always like this because that was awful I hope god puts his hand over her and takes away her attitude

  The dresses here are really cute, but the customer service is terrible. I brought my daughter to this Roseville location on June 12th and was spoken to so rudely by the woman at the check out that I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. The lines for the dressing rooms were bad enough. But when you add rude employees on top of it, it's not worth it. This location needs customer service training.
