I went in to return a pair of shoes today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. I didn’t catch her name, but she just seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person - no fake, pretentious vibe that I can easily get at a store like Athletica. It’s been a while since someone’s demeanor at a store actually made me super comfortable and want to buy something before I left.
