  Came in for a return early sunday, wasn't expecting to make a purchase but was greeted by Abby who asked if she could help. Abby took genuine interest in what I was looking for and offered various options without being pushy. I was pleasantly surprised that the store had all the sizes and colors I was interested in. Ended up purchasing pants and shorts because of Abby's help and kindness. She even surprised me with the nicest note in my bag. Abby you have restored my faith in customer service. Thank you. I hope you are working the next time I stop in.

  Everyone is so nice at this location, but the manager needs to work on her bedside manner. Conversation was polite during checkout, but it felt entirely transactional—immediately after I paid, she was done with me and gave the most asinine "Byeeee," clearly signaling she was finished with the very conversation she'd initiated. The store was practically empty aside from a few other shoppers, so I just felt dismissed and taken for granted, which isn't a great feeling after spending Lululemon money on four pieces. Lame, weird energy from the manager, but everyone else was lovely.

  I went to the rosedale mall to see the selection of stores, and when I saw lululemon I was immediately excited. I’ve been looking for a black belt bag for many months, and I was hoping to find one at this store. It just so happens that not only does this store not carry belt bags, AND it’s extremely under stocked. I probably would rather go to the MOA Lululemon instead. If you are coming to the mall just for this store, I don’t recommend it.

  Super happy from my stop in today! I got my shorts in last minute from online today and realized they didn't fit along with the other two that got shipped separately the day before. I called 3 other locations with no answer. About an hour and a half before they closed Rosedale picked up immediately! I rushed over from Brooklyn Park, MN! I had a return/exchange I needed to do from a Klarna payment. All the girls were so helpful in figuring it out since it's something they hadn't done really before. After we put it on a gift card, (I believe her name was Izzy?) She helped me one-on-one figure out EXACTLY what I needed for my daily clothing and also helped me figure out sizing since I had issues from ordering online prior to stopping in. After trying styles she recommended to me that I might like; I ended up going with what she grabbed and products in different colors I'm in love with. She helped me order to send to my house and even left with a sports bra and 4 face masks! All the girls were so helpful and made sure everything I needed got addressed in a fast and friendly matter. Will definitely be stopping in again! Thanks Rosedale team!!❤️
