  I placed an order and it got canceled. When I called to address the issue, I was told that it was due to mismatched information on my card and that they flagged it for fraud. I asked if I could place a different order, but was told that I could only get my order if I went in to the store and paid with cash. I’m paying for the convenience of placing an order online—if I could go in person I wouldn’t have ordered online. This policy doesn’t make sense and the person on the phone, Amanda, didn’t seem to want to try to help me in any way. I would’ve ordered off another card or tried to find another solution, but her attitude is discouraging me from ever ordering from here again.

  Placed a delivery order for a gift 2 days prior to delivery, the purchase was accepted, and then the purchase was cancelled after 1 hr of the supposed delivery time. Store not answering phone. If problems with the store we're anticipated the order should have been canceled much earlier to prevent impact to client.

  The customer service was top notch… highly communicative and friendly. They answered all my questions and some. The arrangement was both beautiful and delicious. The chocolate covered caramel apples were my personal favorite. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

  We had a bad experience at the maple grove edible arrangements. We ordered an arrangement for my grandpa who is in the hospital for cancer, so we called this location after waiting at maple grove for 40 mins. I believe her name is Amanda (she was working the morning of the 14th) but she was happy to start our order right away so it was ready by the time we got there. When I got there she was super sweet & gave me flowers for the inconvenience. It made me cry in a good way since it was a build up of everything & it’s been hard with my grandpa. That small gesture helped a lot even though this location wasn’t the one being the inconvenience, she was absolutely amazing. We will be returning in the future!!<3
