  To the older lady who's been working here for the past 4 years, it is in fact rude of you to incessantly interrupt a phone call when it's been expressed to you that I'm on said call and need a minute. I didn't walk up to you and ask for your help, then take a call. You walked up to me, tried to say something I said I needed a moment, and then you had an attitude. You brought up the fitting guide twice while I was telling you the brand and size I needed. Almost like you were just trying to get me to sign up my info because you need a curtain amount of people to do so. I didn't need to do that. As soon as you dropped that and stopped trying to make me do it, I found the brand and ordered the size off the website. Which by the way, just to mention, was also weird because I've been able to order things before and then pay for it when I pick it up but was told that was not a possibility when I said "so I have to pay now for the order?" maybe things have changed but that's just odd I was able to do that prior and now because of not taking some rude attitude I wasn't able to do it this time. Just weird coincidence if is such. I was actively on the phone with a person telling me what size and brand I need. And then when I finally said okay we'll try the guide. And I said well I don't want to put my email, address, name, number and age in order for you guys to tell me what pants fit me you scoffed and had an attitude. I then told the person I was with about the way you were acting. To which when we returned to you we heard you hurriedly speaking about how "I was being so nice to him not rude at all" and then scurried away because some other worker was help us. So in closing, you were rude, I almost said something to you when we heard you whispering to your coworker about us. You're too old for that. When I worked customer service I always knew not to speak about the clientele like that in front of them. Like come on you have to be like 65. Edit: Just needed to emphasize the point that it's not okay for you to get all schoffy and argue with me when I say I don't want to give you my first born in order for an app to tell me that my waist is big. Like that is ridiculous for you to have a attitude because I said I didn't want to give you all this info for a size I was telling you I needed. Even if we had to go up or down a size. That's crazy to treat customers like that and then for us to catch you talking about us is also crazy. Good luck to you, hope you become a better employee. God help us if you own the location.

  There was a nice girl who helped me through all the procedures. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name and I didn’t buy the things I wanted because they didn’t fit me well. But overall experience was great
