  The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. Even with all that, the staff were friendly and always moving to keep the place organized.

  Horrible customer service they screamed at me for trying to buy a necklace I waited in line for one hour no one else was in-line they were just staring at me

  Elizabeth was very helpful with finding the perfect homecoming dress for my daughter! She does her job well!

  always randomly closed, and they don’t even write a note on the door or anything. 2 days in a row they were closed when they said they’d be open and they’ve been opening late all the time. i like their dresses and clothes but it’s not worth the trip if they’re closed all the time

  there was ONE staff member that was kind. the cashier made me feel like i was being judged, helpful but sounded like she didn’t want to be there but the dresses, heels, etc were outstanding!!
