  Evan from upstairs was beyond incredible! I’ve been looking for hunting boots for over a month now, and although everyone who has helped me along the way has been wonderful, Evan took it to the next level. He had such a great attitude, gave me some helpful tips and tricks that I’ll be able to use with any shoes I buy in the future, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. I have bunions, so finding boots that fit comfortably has been a challenge, but Evan was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you, Evan, for going above and beyond. You deserve to be recognized!

  Love this store, although their in-store tent options were not great. No prices marked on any of the camping chairs or kayak paddles, so I end up needing help. Yesterday had great service in the fishing department to help me get set up for beginner fly fishing gear. Their price options were very reasonable. Bought some great quality men’s pants and fall top for a camping trip we did - my son loves them. Decent choice of swimming trunks, but not many swim tops.

  Scheels is scheels. We spent a lot of time in the men’s shoes area. They didn’t have the size of brooks that we were looking for exactly, but it was fine. Isaac in men’s shoes was very helpful and very friendly. He was great!

  The Lego selection here is incredible, and the lady who helped me in the Lego section was phenomenal—she really knew her stuff and was extremely helpful. I was specifically looking for the large Ecto-1 set. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed to find that they don't carry any other Oakley merchandise besides sunglasses anymore, and when I asked about options in the backpack area, I felt brushed off with just being told I could choose between OG or Under Armour. my kids, had an awesome time with being able to sit in the half a Jeep.

  My husband went to the Rochester Scheels today to simply exchange shoes I just bought over the weekend. We were working with a younger gentlemen and he ended up making this return more complicated than it should have been. There wasn’t the size we needed in stock so we had to order them online. However, we had to pay another $115 on top of what we already spent when it should have been a simple exchange even though we needed to order them online. So we basically paid $300 for shoes when it was supposed to be an exchange.
