  Charlie in women's shoes and Christian in men's both did an amazing job. My wife and I were in and out in under 30 mins. Wonderful service and we love our new shoes.

  Their FFL only receives firearms off of their arbitrary authorized manufacturers list. Thats one way to lose buisness I guess.

  Very standard Scheels store. Unfortunately, service at the store was sub par. Especially in the baseball area. I was looking for pants for at least half hour and never got anyone to help me. This caused me to yank pants from the 10ft high hanger in order to see the size. After finding what I needed on my own I wandered the store for about an hour. Less then 50% of the staff even acknowledged me being in the store. The staff that I encountered were pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable. Knowledge is about what you expect from retail staff in a place like this. Kids in fishing department were very friendly and helpful.

  Scheel's, in general, not just this location, has a very deceptive practice regarding their price match policy. They intentionally have the manufacturer change the model number by 1 digit so they do not have to honor the price match policy they say that they offer. I recently bought a grill from the Rochester store and they said that it would be price matched. The model number they have vs the model number other stores have is 1 number off. The guy at customer service was trying to gaslight me into believing that ALL the other stores offering the same grill uses plastic parts except them. They are dishonest and taking advantage of consumers. Do your research before you get hosed by a corporation like Scheels. I've spent a lot of money here, like a stupid amout, an amount that the wife has seriously floated an allowance OF MY OWN MONEY at Scheels in general. Not one more dime from me until they commit to the "Christian company" they portray to be.
