The man didn't get the name but shut the door on me with a cane in my hand after speaking with a person on the phone told me closed by 8 pm so I proceeded to get a lift costing me 50 dollars $65 with the tip however seeing me get out the vehicle he just closed the door in my face at 7:57pm told me a bold face lie federal claim as to why he chose to argue with me about how the register was automatically to shut down. In time I will see them again and hopefully they will act as professionals or in time they will fault to there customer service and get ran out of town. Be better horrible way to conduct yourself as a representative of your establishment. The manger heard the whole back and forth and smiled so you see why I had to post it. The lift driver offered me a refund that I had to turn down. I was only trying to put money in that company's pocket funny when it's not your money a person can smile and make up lies. You choose to work... work!

I stopped in Rochester Canna today and was so impressed with all aspects of it, especially the amazing customer service! I’ve never been to a dispensary, I’ve wanted to go for a long time but found the idea intimidating and would end up not going. I decided today was the day and found Rochester Canna online and decided to try it out, I’m so glad I did! The gentleman that helped me was very welcoming and as soon as I told him I’d need some guidance he asked me a couple questions and he showed me different products and explained everything very thoroughly and in a way I could understand and he answered all my questions without acting the least bit annoyed-he seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing his knowledge. With all the different products available it’s hard to know what will meet my specific needs so all the help was much appreciated! I highly recommend visiting their business-you won’t be disappointed!

Feels like an actual store and not some government building like green goods with actual high thc content for adult use instead of hoarding actual quality for "med" use which is just a scam to get people to pay 90 dollars for their "medical" card. Exceptional service with a smile unlike the other two dispensaries in town. Will be shopping solely here from now on

Nice new store, in a convenient location. Very nice staff. The prices for flower are just not competitive yet. Not really worth going there for bud at these prices. No self-respecting smoker is going to pay $60 for 3.5g, before taxes. Some decent edible options though. I look forward to checking back in, once there is more supply and competition. Green Goods is currently the lowest price for fire flower.
