- ZBZachary BahlerAug 14, 20265.0My son and I went into the store last night as he got a new rod and reel and after the first cast got a huge birds nest in the line. Matt was in the fishing department and he took a look at it. He said he would take it to the back to try and pull out the tangle. He was able to get the tangle out along with saving most of the line. He was also able to give additional guidance and instruction to my son about how to cast and use the reel. Matt was very knowledgeable and took the time to help my son understand how the reel worked along with little pointers that he did t know before coming in. Great job Matt and thank you for all your help!!!

- DKDan KetelsenJul 26, 20262.0I'd avoid this store, there are more BP stores up the road. We stopped in this store on a Saturday afternoon in July. All nine cash registers were closed, and you had to check out at one of the three customer service registers. The line was long and the customer "service," people all seemed disgruntled. The guy that helped me was less than happy to be there.
- TOToaster OperatorJul 20, 20261.0A terrible mistake from them and a regretting experience at the gun store there.. Asked to buy a regular shotgun but they ran a tactical shotgun into the application which I was not allowed to purchase and that is why I asked for a regular shotgun. Application of course got denied and I got banned for 2 months from buying in the state because of their mistakes. They supposed to know what they are selling but they don't. Will never set a foot in a Bass Pro Shop ever and support smaller business from now on.
