- CWCarissa WolfJul 21, 20261.0We went to the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s to get a pair of sunglasses we had just bought last month repaired. They weren’t able to fix the loose screw, and even told us “we shouldn’t have been sold that pair in the first place” as it appears to have a molding defect. We were directed to this standalone Sunglass Hut. The employee here was dismissive and immediately blamed my husband for the damage. They also referred to the sunglasses as Ray-Bans, even though they were Maui Jim, which didn’t inspire confidence. We left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning. On the bright side, the Sunglass Hut associates inside Macy’s and the Maui Jim customer service representative were both very helpful, which made the experience at this particular location even more surprising.
- HTH. T.May 12, 20255.0I was there on Sunday right the open time, the lady wasn't ready but when I was coming and asked for assistance. she's very professional and help me without pushing for a sale. she also fixed my current sunglass and provided me where to go for the glass changed. I really appreciate she went beyond her job.
- OSOleg SirukMay 28, 20231.0They were closed with no signs anywhere as to why, or when it would be open again. I’m here today at 1:23pm.
