We started our ring shopping at Shane Co, where we were paired up right away with Michala who was great to work with. She listened well and asked the right questions. At first, I felt overwhelmed, but she soon put us at ease. Michala brought us bands, settings and stones that truly reflected us and our preferences. She's very intuitive and the whole experience was comfortable, smooth and fun. She kept the expense close to the range we'd hoped for and I never felt pushed to the most expensive choice if it was not what we were leaning toward. Now we have the engagement ring AND wedding bands. His band even had etching on it similar to my engagement ring! We both love that. Thank you for having Michala working there. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and what matters most is how the customer feels during and after each interaction. Michala is great at what she does and has exceeded my expectations by far! PS: When we were picking up the rings, Michala stopped by to see the finished rings and how looked on my hand. She was genuinely so excited for us. The woman helping with pick up was great as well. They've all been so helpful and friendly! Thank you.
