  I have bought several small pieces in the past from Shane Co. and returned for my wife and I’s 5 year Anniversary. Worked with Michala Klassen in the Minnetonka location off 394. She was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly accommodating for how particular I have been regarding this gift for my wife. I had an idea of what I wanted to get my wife and a rough budget. Michala listened to what I was looking for and my most important concerns, allowed me to make the key decisions and offered professional insight when asked and needed. We worked together over the course of 2-3 weeks and ended up with what I know will be the perfect gift. As a side note, I compared Shane Co.’s pricing with a very small independent wholesaler and their pricing was the same / more competitive for same or better quality natural diamond. Overall, after getting the full purchasing experience at Shane Co. and working with Michala I 100% will recommend them and her to others and as well as consider them my go to store for all things jewelry related.

  My fiancée and I had a fantastic experience at the Minnetonka branch of Shane Co! I had an old ring of sentimental value that I wanted to incorporate into two new rings. The goldsmith, Mike Trudell, listened to my idea and explained now he could help make it a reality. He was able to add portions of the old ring into the new bands from the store to make a pair of wedding rings for my fiancée and myself. It was a bit of an odd request but Mike was just as excited to execute this project for us as we were to see his end result, and I loved the final product! Mike brought my idea into reality with superb craftsmanship, and Michala was fantastic as our go-between. She really helped with finding the right materials (band and stone) and thinking of the finishing details to bring the project to completion, such as getting our handwriting laser-engraved on the inside of our rings. Overall, from start to finish, this was a fantastic experience at the Minnetonka Shane Co.

  Michaela was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me design a custom engagement ring for my fiancée, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we started, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail, and helped bring my vision to life without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What could have been an overwhelming process became exciting and enjoyable because of her expertise and guidance. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in helping create something special. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I highly recommend working with Michaela if you’re looking for someone who is talented, attentive, and truly exceptional at what she does.   Mike Trudell is a GENIUS! He took an old ring and a new ring and brought them together in the most beautifully artistic way. He listened to my partner and me so closely and he gave us exactly what we wanted. I'm so very impressed and grateful. We had a wonderful experience here from start to finish, but Mike is really what made it perfect. Shout out to Mikayla for being our point of contact and the exact hype girl I needed as well.

  I came in to exchange my band for a second time after the first two didn’t feel right, fearing to be that annoying customer, and Paula didn’t bat an eye. I told her that the woman I worked with previously pressured me to get a smaller band even though it went against my gut (my mother always tells me to go with my gut!) and she heard me, reassured my feelings, and never once made my fear a reality. She exchanged my fiancés band while she was at it. I should also mention that we chose an engagement band that they said they had never seen with a bezeled diamond, custom made it, and created something I couldn’t have even dreamed of. Highly recommend. Customer service as a whole could use more people like you, Paula! Thank you for helping us find our forever bands.
