  I visited Nordstrom intending to purchase a House of CB dress and was actively discussing ordering my size with an associate, since it was unavailable in-store. While I was deciding whether to proceed, a manager interrupted our interaction and pulled the associate away to assist another customer. What made this experience so disappointing was that the associate was already helping me. Rather than allowing her to finish assisting a customer who was ready to make a purchase, management apparently decided someone else was more deserving of attention. No one stepped in to continue helping me, and I was left standing there feeling dismissed and undervalued. Whether intentional or not, the message was clear: some customers matter more than others. For a company that prides itself on customer service, that is unacceptable. I left feeling judged, unwelcome, and unwilling to spend my money in the store. I ultimately purchased elsewhere. Nordstrom should take a hard look at how its managers treat customers, because no one should be made to feel like they are less important the moment another shopper walks in.

  I stopped by Nordstrom looking for a birthday gift for my best friend, and Morsal was amazing. She was so patient with both my mom and me as we smelled what felt like every fragrance in the store. She took the time to explain each scent, answer all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely knows her fragrances and enjoys helping people find the right one. Thanks to her, we found the perfect scent for my friend. Shopping with her was such a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to her for future fragrance recommendations. THANK YOU MORSAL ❤️

  I occasionally order designer items. They can’t be returned at registers without calling a manger to approve the return. This is a long process. Waiting for the manger on duty. Very inconvenient. I prefer returning items at the package pick up area while picking up my other ordered items. Last visit to Nordstrom I had to go to both the package pick up AND a regular register! The employee at package pickup refused to take care of my return. One item! She actually skipped over me and didn’t even ask me if I also had items to pick up. Three items to pick up! I felt very disregarded and rudely treated. The process for designer goods is way too cumbersome. And the treatment feels low end at best. Please don’t push away your good customers. I think I’ll stick to purchasing at other luxury retailers!

  Good selection of clothing. There have been instances of good service, where a lady helped me look for an outfit for an event. There was also an instance where I had looked for help in the SKIMS department, I asked if they had any leggings, and the lady looked me up and down and flat said "no". I asked if she knew where any were and she just pointed in a different direction. Super rude. And I ended up finding leggings in her department too, and walked to another register to get checked out. Wouldn't shop in the skims section there again.
