Allow for 30 minutes plus if you ever need to pick up the alterations you have had done. I have done this 6-10X and I consistently give up and go home because of how slow they are at moving through customer pickup. Do better Nordstrom

They definitely do not stand behind their products anymore. Their return policy used to be amazing now I don’t feel so bad when this place dies with the mall. All I wanted back was my plastic sandals that fell apart.

Nordstrom might be one of the big reasons this mall is still so active. Great atmosphere and the staff are always willing to help. They always have discounts and clearance items which is usually where we shop and their anniversary sale is a must go if you have been eying some items you have wanted for a while.

Nordstrom Ridgedale lost a long-time loyal customer today. Placed an online pickup order for attire to wear to a client dinner in NYC the following day (learned about the event a day in advance). Everything I selected was available for same day pickup, and the email confirmation stated same-day pickup. I've been at the mall waiting for my order for over an hour, and was finally told last minute, at closing, that they won't be able to finish processing my order until tomorrow. So hours of my time were wasted that could have been spent just re-shopping for the order in-person. Instead, I will be flying out tomorrow morning unprepared. Will not be back here.
