- SASarah AAug 5, 20262.0The sales tactics are borderline predatory. If I was a minority I’d feel like I was being discriminated against or watched. They must tell the employees to “go for the no” from customers. They bug the crap out of you while you try to shop probably because there’s a sales or credit card sign up contest going on or their manager is watching and listening but it makes for a terrible shopping experience. I left sooner than I’d planned to and bought nothing because of it. Calm down, be friendly and approachable without stalking customers endlessly around the store. I’m not sure if/when I’ll be back.
- ASAmber StoneMar 21, 20263.0I've been shopping this store for at least a decade and it... isn't what it used to be. The clothes are fine, but the employees are not the most welcoming. The place is also incredibly dirty. The carpet was like they hadn't vacuumed in ages, the light fixtures, especially the ones in the fitting rooms are full of dust and burned out bulbs, the wall streaked with a substance that could only be blood or lip gloss. They clearly don't take any pride in the place. I'll shop closer to home.
