  Extremely disappointing experience. I sent an arrangement to support a family member navigating a difficult loss, only to be met with terrible attitude and hostility from the staff, specifically Rosie. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Please save yourself the frustration and order from a company that treats its customers with decency and respect!!

  I am extremely disappointed and more than upset with my experience with Edible Arrangements. My order was delivered a full day late, but the issues didn’t stop there. I called twice before the delivery to check on the status of my order and unfortunately received very poor customer service. The representative I spoke with came across as less than happy or willing to assist, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. During my first call, I was told that my order had been “accidentally” marked as delivered, even though it was still waiting for a driver to even pick it up and deliver it. I was assured that the order was still on its way. Less than five minutes later, I made my second phone call to change the delivery address from a business address to a residential address. The new address was confirmed, and I was specifically told that my order would still be delivered that same day. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My order was delivered an entire day late - and to make matters worse, it was delivered to the original business address rather than the updated residential address that I had clearly provided and had confirmed over the phone. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. If the business knew or should have known that my order was going to be delivered late, why was I not contacted? Why was there no update provided regarding the status or delay of my order? I had already gone out of my way to call twice, within minutes of each other, specifically to make sure everything was on track and to provide updated delivery instructions. This was supposed to be a thoughtful and timely gift, and instead it became a frustrating experience filled with inaccurate information, poor customer service, lack of communication, failure to follow delivery instructions, and a full-day delay. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer takes the initiative to call multiple times, confirms the delivery address, and is specifically assured that the order will arrive the same day, I expect those instructions to actually be followed. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and expected much better from Edible Arrangements. The entire experience was frustrating and completely took away from what should have been a positive gift-giving experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and delivery processes.

  Have an issue with delivery. Have reached out via phone and web page over a week ago and still no contact from them. Very disappointed in their customer service and follow up.

  Placed an order online around 1pm used my rewards and paid for guaranteed delivery.I called and spoke with a rep around 3:30 that stated my order was out for delivery and would be delivered in the next hour. Received an email that my items had been delivered around 5:09 pm. The receiver asked around their job for the next four hours no package had been delivered. Around 9pm I received and automated email that said order had been received but not delivered. Called Coporate they confirmed no confirmation of an item being delivered and stated before they could refund my purchase they need to contact the same store that doesn’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Do not order from this store if you want your items to be delivered in a prompt manner or actual communication about your order. Requested a refund and call back my issue stilll has not been resolved.

  Daughter ordered us an anniversary box of fruit.Said it had been delivered Friday at 4:30, but nothing was here, then said it would be here by 9, then they ran out of time!? So we received it the next day at 2:30 & I suspect it was in the car overnight. All strawberries and bananas were mush, apple slices were discolored already, no sticks in pineapple pops & cheesecake tasted sour! Hopefully she can get her $ back.
