  I would give this business ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a nice, cheap expensive Mother’s Day arrangement for my sisters and mom to have at our family gathering. Placed the order plenty ahead of time and paid. On Mother’s Day and date of scheduled delivery I checked to make sure that it was on schedule. Tracking the package I was informed there were 6 deliveries ahead of me. I checked back after a bit and it had went down to 5. Then hours passed people started leaving and still no delivery. Tracked the package again. This time it said they had attempted delivery. I was at the address of the delivery and so were many others. No one ever knocked on the door or attempted to deliver anything. This company is a joke. I would not trust them or consider doing business with this company ever again. I can’t even reach anyone to discuss the issue.

  I am extremely disappointed! Edibles arrangements are not what they use to be. This particular store reported to have delivered my order which was a bouquet and a treat (cheesecake with strawberry 🍓) . It never arrived when they said. This was for my sister birthday. I called them no answer , left a voicemail and emailed the online company customer service. 2 hours later my sister said they show up. But only half the order. Where is the cheesecake I paid for. Emailed and called and left a message again and still I am out of $10. That may be small but still my money their problem. I will use another company which I have before and never had this problem and their product is just as good if not better

  I ordered the “Happy Birthday Delicious Fruit Design® with Confetti Berries – Large” and paid about $124 total for what was advertised as a premium, arranged birthday gift. What was delivered looked nothing like that. Instead of a designed fruit arrangement, it was essentially a basic plastic tray of cut fruit, similar to something you’d pick up at a grocery store fir $15. It did not match the product description, presentation, or price point. This was meant for a birthday, and by the time it arrived and we realized the issue we couldn’t get it resolved. We’ve tried contacting the store multiple times by phone (voicemail only) and through their website, and corporate and have received no response. There has been no attempt to fix or address the issue. We’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. Very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I would not recommend ordering from this business. We were a repeat customer and now you have lost our business. Please contact us. Listen to your voicemail, you have our contact information. Below is what we ordered and what actually arrived.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The product that was delivered did not match what was shown on the website at all. Instead of the bouquet I ordered, the recipient received a basic fruit platter. It had noticeably less fruit, less candy, and was missing the balloon and other special touches that were clearly featured online. This was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and the presentation and contents fell far short of expectations. What was delivered looked like a much lower-tier item than what I paid for. I would not recommend based on this experience, as it feels misleading and not reflective of what is advertised. If you are looking for a fruit platter, you can find a much cheaper one at your local grocery store.

  Trash store. Why is this place even open?!?!? Don’t waste your money. If I could do negative stars I would.
