  Horrible customer service at both the local store and the corporate level. Long story short, I was gifted an Edible Arrangements order for my birthday. The delivery driver falsely marked it as delivered on my birthday, even though no delivery attempt was ever made. It wasn't actually delivered until the following day. To make matters worse, the driver left the arrangement outside my apartment building on a hot, sunny day instead of ensuring it was delivered properly. I didn't discover it until more than nine hours later. By then, it was clearly no longer safe to eat, as I had no way of knowing how long it had been sitting outside in the heat or that it wasn't tampered with. When I contacted customer service, the manager/supervisor was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility or make the situation right. The lack of accountability was just as disappointing as the failed delivery. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The chocolate isn't that good, and the concept of edible fruit arrangements feels outdated compared to the many better gift options available today.

  Agree with all the other negative reviews! Wish I would have known about these complaints before ordering. What will be delivered is not what you pay for, and good luck getting ahold of anyone! I even called the main customer service line for the company and have gotten no response! There was no balloon or flower arrangement, instead they send my adult relative a tiny teddy bear and fruit half the size of the picture online, with melted chocolate! Ridiculous!

  Missing items, and they will not answer the phone, been trying to call for 5 days now and no answer, I even emailed them still haven't gotten back to me, ill try going into to the store, but do not order from this location, I wouldn't of if I had seen these reviews prior! Thats my fault

  They delivered a gift to me today. I was home all day. They left the fruit basket covered in chocolate on my steps. They did not ring the bell or knock. It sat in the sun and heat. What a mess. Don't use this store. They have no idea what they are doing.

  I ordered my daughters arrangement 2 days before her birthday, paying over $100. Got the email that it was delivered and it wasnt-tried contacting the store several times and no answer. I sent a support request via email, and they just got back to me today; mind you, I ordered this back on May 13th, today is the 22nd of May. After asking my daughter to go up to the store and ask about her arrangement because I'm in Texas they told her it was delivered. After she went to the store, the arrangement was delivered 2 or so hours later to her door. Her birthday was the 15th of May so she didn't receive her gift until late Saturday. Very unprofessional and sneaky; will never order from this company again.
