  This place has really gone downhill in recent years. I thought they might have a handle on the merchandise but they were just way too many mismatched and unmarked items. You'd also think they would just make an announcement asking customers not to leave items on the floor instead of having an employee yell it constantly like a threat

  This place is the worse ever from the overwhelming and unorganized clothes racks to the rudest, "I am miserable working here" employees. Their unfriendly and half the time hollering across the store at customers of what is and not allowed in their store. Heaven, forbid you ask one of them for help that is the golden rule of what you don't dare do. I have been to other city trends in other cities and states, and this place gives the entire chain a bad name. It's quite sad if you read most of these comments, it's the employees that give this place a bad name. Who wants to shop where they are treated like nothing. There was a lady there with a brain disability and she was asking for some help to pick out an outfit for her special event and they plainly told her to figure it out they did not have time, needless to say she left out with nothing and when I left the store I saw her in a car crying. Its customer service like this that district management needs to take care of, but by the numerous complaints about the employees I'm sure it'll never change and will probably have to go above the head's j/s

  Could be better organized and less cluttered. The clothing racks are over filled and hard to browse through. The sizes are usually mixed up and hard to pick through to find the correct size easily. Plus their customer service is shitty at times when it comes to their attitude.

  Good hidden gem store right off of Lake Street near Hiawatha. Have tons of inventory at very very reasonable, if not, dirt cheap prices. This place is KIND OF like a lower priced version of Marshall’s, in their layout and inventory selection. Clean store and very nice staff. We will be back!
