- DDDel DoeJan 18, 20261.0I had placed an order on December 26 to be shipped to this Maplewood store. After three weeks, I checked on my app stating that it was in transit to the store. I decided to go in the store to check the status. It wasn’t in. So, the sales person check they’ll text or email me when it arrives. Two weeks now; NOTHING. I called customer service and the representative told me that it should be in the store. He would email them to contact me and it would take 7-10 days. After I hung up with him, I decided to call the store. My call went through and the sales person said that it already came in on January 3. Today is the 18th. She said that she would send me an email about it. After a few minutes, I told her that I didn’t receive the email. I would go and pick them up if she could confirm it. Then she put me on hold. I waited for a few minutes; hearing her communicating with someone. All of sudden, I was hung up. I decided to call me back and might’ve gotten the same person. After telling my situation that I was checking on order status and was hung up. She didn’t reply anything back. Guess what. She hung up on me again without saying anything. That was EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! This would be my last time I EVER order anything from this store. Like many people commented, this store is pretty shabby and run down.
