- JVJacqui VreelandNov 29, 20241.0I’m glad there’s a store at this location, but the customer service was disappointing. I went to exchange leggings and purchase a final sale Black Friday item in the same transaction. After scanning my card, I noticed the total was much higher than expected. When I asked why, the staff member explained that because the leggings I was exchanging (for size swap only) were originally bought on discount, I had to pay the difference—which made no sense to me. I said I’d rather return the leggings altogether, and if that’s the policy, I’d return the shirt too. She then told me I couldn’t return the shirt because it was final sale, even though I hadn’t even left the store yet. I asked for a manager, and he processed both returns without issue. Why was I told it wasn’t possible when it clearly was? For $100+ leggings, I expected much better service. Very frustrating experience!
