Susan went above and beyond during my recent visit. I spotted a print I loved on a shirt she was folding that hadn't even made it out to the floor yet. Instead of just telling me to check back later, she and another associate went to the back and tracked down my size for me. That kind of effort is rare these days and it turned a quick shopping trip into a genuinely great experience. Thank you, Susan!

Lovely staff that are willing to help with whatever you might need, and tons of amazing items through the store!

I felt like I was being followed around the store while shopping. I tried on a few items but ultimately decided to purchase them online instead. The customer service was disappointing, as no one asked if I needed help or offered any assistance but was simply followed around the store, which made the experience uncomfortable.

The new Maple Grove store is beautiful! We received great, friendly service today from everyone! The store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Welcome to MG!
