  Pretty disappointed by the most recent drop. We were told we could only place one order in a 48 hour time period and because I followed that rule, I ended up with nothing because I waited too long. Now I am seeing that they are combining shipping of people who places multiple orders, even though we were told that if we placed multiple orders they would get canceled and only the first order would be fulfilled. If I had known that would be allowed, I could have placed multiple orders and gotten each thing we wanted instead of waiting too long place one and then getting nothing. It’d be nice if the company respected their original statements and re-released the items people placed multiple orders for to give the rest of us a chance to get something again.

  Amy, the owner showed bad business practice/customer service on a recent online drop. Told the world they were dropping needohs and we could only put in ONE order per household/address otherwise it would be cancelled. Drop didn’t go as planned and a lot of people couldn’t order, instead of following the rules she stated, she accommodated the people who didn’t follow the rules. Sad after wasting peoples time because the website didn’t function as explained and you wouldn’t keep your word. I’ve also heard she doesn’t care about customers with their in person drops as well!

  I had the most positive experience here thanks to Mia on Monday, 6/15/26. I called them, upon the suggestion of a nearby business who didn't have what I was looking for, and Mia went out of her way to help me. I was looking for a very unique item - a lobster stuffed animal - as a gift and I had called/gone to at least twenty other places. To my surprise, Kiddywampus had exactly what I was looking for. Upon telling Mia what I was looking for, she told me they had two lobster stuffed animals, she described them to me, and sent pictures of them to my cell phone. This sealed the deal! I told Mia which one I wanted and I drove to the store to pick it up - and they had it waiting for me behind the counter. When I arrived, Mia and her two colleagues were extremely friendly and helpful. I shared with them how much I enjoyed being in this part of Hopkins this day (I rarely am in that area) and they told me about some of the fun community events that take place in the city. I will very possibly be back for the upcoming raspberry festival thanks to Mia and her co-workers. They are great ambassadors for Kiddywampus and for the city of Hopkins.
