  Dear Jennifer in hardware. Too lazy to look at the product in the bin?? Can't save me a trip into the store??? Most people would have said welll let me take a look.. You said / acted like I was an inconvenience and bothering you... Screw that, I will be going to Lowes from now or a different place that carrys hardware. I wouldn't want to bother or inconvenience you. I hope you see this. I was going to call your manager, but thought no, Ill just be lazy like you were and write a crappy Google review because it's far more convenient.... Have a Nice Day. Looks like from looking at other reviews Customer Service is definitely not a strong point at this location. I even saw people saying they couldn't get customer service at the customer service desk.... pretty sad , this location does not meet the standards that other locations seem to meet!!

  Merchandise is good, but the atmosphere - yikes! That floor needed replacing about 20 years ago. Now, well there's just no excuse in this day and age. It just gives an unclean look to the entire store. And "rustic"? Nah, that's just neglect.

  Small engine service department is a joke. I had my chainsaw serviced and it won't even run. I want my money back.
