- EJEddy JerrySep 8, 20261.0I brought my 2022 Massimo 410 tboss utv to them over a month ago. I checked back 3 weeks ago and they replied they had 6 machines ahead of me. I replied you had 6 ahead of me over a month ago. I left the store before I did something I might regret! Its been 3 weeks since no phone call, no updates and on top of it all when I try to call them I get transferred back just to get put on hold and hung up on!! I figure if there tech fixed two machines in a week they should have mine in the shop by now, if only 1 machine a week definitely should be in the shop as its been 6 weeks since i dropped it off. I've come to the conclusion that their mechanics can't fix anything!! Customer service is none existent! The manager and service manager should be terminated. Imagine the revenue the store is losing. To be fair, i brought my machine in because the idle is high and won't shift into gear properly. (Its belt driven so I believe clutch is partially engaged due to high rpms). Im not a mechanic so I brought it to the experts? Right? After all they "Service what they sell"? I would like an explanation, and i better not hear the word sorry!! Sorry, means im an ant and you don't give a damn about my money or business.

Reason: I was told they were waiting on the parts. Maybe there is a supply issue for Cub Cadet belts and a pullies? But, L & M literally had my lawn mover all summer. I will be looking for another place for service. I like the store and the people on the sales floor have always been great. I have been going to L&M in Hibbing or Grand Rapids for three and a half decades. But, again, I need to find another place for mower service.
