- MFMichael N Felix6 days ago1.0Just my opinion mind you, and yes I had a seriously bad encounter with these people, but if you're coming north from the cities there are other better alternatives... Walmart on your right as you come into town.. Home Depot's got about everything!!! ! Anywhere but this biz... And... there are several very fine hardware stores on the east end of hwy # 2 in town... They are a smiling horror show.....

I was told an auger belt was ordered. 5 more days has past and have not heard anything so I decided to phone for another update. The girl attempted to transfer me back to the garage…was on hold 10 minutes listening to the same recording over and over again…..I hung up and called back and asked the girl seeing everyone was busy to get me a manager, I was put on hold again listening to the recording….again for 5 minutes, I hung up and phoned again, and this time the girl put me on hold right away….and again listening to a recording….So not even a manager will answer the phone….Attempted to call again but this time it went straight to the recording…..no one even answered the phone….First time in 50 years I got ignored and am disgusted with this L & M…Grand Rapids UPDATE : The head office got involved and expedited the repair and was ready for pick up the same day…Thank You L & M Corporate!! Change to 4 Stars……
