- MDMichael DJul 9, 20265.0My tankless water heater was having intermittent issues that were caused by a manufacturing issue. Noah came out quickly and got my hot water working again. Two days later he came back with Andy and replaced the entire unit at no cost. My water heater was still covered under warranty. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made the process as painless as possible. Highly recommend the company but especially Noah and Andy.

They even helped over the phone as I installed it. For $25 they helped me not have to replace my entire water heater and helped me get more life out of what I already own. Deeply grateful.
