  I’ve been a National Camera Exchange customer for over 20 years and have always received incredible service. They're knowledgeable, they listen, and they don't try to upsell you. But my experience today with Hussain was hands-down the best camera buying experience I've ever had. ​I was trading in some gear to switch systems and purchase a new body and lens. Hussain was exceptionally patient while I spent time navigating unfamiliar menus and playing with settings. When I was stuck trying to decide between two camera options, he talked me through how I typically use my camera and pointed out what features from each would give me the results I wanted. It proved how important it is to test gear hands-on before buying. In the end, I got exactly the right camera for me.

  Yes local BigBox store and that store next to Surdyks exist - but nothing in Minnesota compares to National Camera! I do miss the Roseville location - but admittedly I only went as a child so it's all nostalgia. This store has great customer service, a good selection of camera brands. I've been there frequently lately, each time has been a different but equally as engaging and helpful staff. For me personally, I have used their easy trade in and active used selection to find the camera and lenses for me. Their prices on items are competitive with online warehouses. Being able to see something come in online and immediately go drive to check it out has been amazing. I went from a X100T, toiled around in Panasonic M43 land and now am fully in with Olympus/OM. NatCam has been the facilitating party in each jump. Highly recommend making the trip if you're a camera nerd in the TC area and wider area.
