  Absolutely love this place!! I have bought 4 cameras from here now and have had great experiences with each of them!! Hussain has been such an amazing help to me numerous times and always helps me find exactly what I am looking for!! They also are great for helping with repairs, and have very reasonably priced cameras!!

  I am new to digital photography but I used to work with film. My husband brought me here for my birthday just because I had some questions and wanted to learn more about digital photography. When we walked in, we were greeted by Hussain and he was able to answer my questions and gave me good advice. He also took the time to listen to what it was I was trying to achieve and the type of photography I'm interested in. He was not pushy at all and had a very calm energy. He also understood that because I was new to digital and this is a hobby not a career (yet), he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive items and he showed me exactly was I was looking for and within my budget. I respected that. I will be going back here everytime I'm looking for something and I will request to work with him. This is a great place.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I bought my first camera ever, so naturally I had one million questions, and Steve was very patient and helpful. Nearly every dial/feature was explained, I got to try it out in-store, and was walked through my options regarding which lens to get. This is a very welcoming place with very experienced staff, and even as a beginner I felt my initial intimidation wash away. Definitely coming here for any future camera/lens purchases!:)

  I’m a little confused because I’ve read reviews about repairs and their website has an entire section about cleaning and repairs. I drove an hour to bring my camera in for repair questions and was immediately told they don’t do repairs. They didn’t even bother to listen to what was going on with my camera or even look at it. One employee told me to send in into canon and another standing near by told me I would be better off buying a new one because canon doesn’t do repairs, seemed like a money grab because I have already spoken with canon before coming here and they confirmed they would repair it but I thought it would be nice to check out a local business and support them before sending off to canon. Absolute waste of time and misleading.

  I drove nearly an hour ands a a half to look at a Canon camera. When I arrived, I wasn’t able to enter the building due to a latex allergy. (They had balloons all over in the store for their anniversary promotion.) I wasn’t able frustrated, but my husband encouraged me to call. I spoke with Hussain. He was incredibly helpful and offered to come outside and show me the cameras. He explained everything very well.i felt I was able to make an informed decision. He made suggestions as to which accessories would be helpful, without being pushy at all. Later the manager came out and asked if I was okay and asked if there was a type of balloon that wouldn’t be a cause of concern. He was genuinely concerned. Overall, it was a positive experience. I would recommend Hussain to all my friends and family.
