  Just spoke with Steve in service in Golden Valley and he was incredibly kind and helpful as I was looking to get a Canon Lens repaired. This place is an example of hope for humanity that customer service is not dead. 5-stars all day long for Steve and the crew at National Camera Exchange!

  Yes local BigBox store and that store next to Surdyks exist - but nothing in Minnesota compares to National Camera! I do miss the Roseville location - but admittedly I only went as a child so it's all nostalgia. This store has great customer service, a good selection of camera brands. I've been there frequently lately, each time has been a different but equally as engaging and helpful staff. For me personally, I have used their easy trade in and active used selection to find the camera and lenses for me. Their prices on items are competitive with online warehouses. Being able to see something come in online and immediately go drive to check it out has been amazing. I went from a X100T, toiled around in Panasonic M43 land and now am fully in with Olympus/OM. NatCam has been the facilitating party in each jump. Highly recommend making the trip if you're a camera nerd in the TC area and wider area.

  Honest and helpful staff. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many camera stores in the twin cities area but I’m glad National Camera Exchange continues to stand the test of time.

  Had an issue with my lens on my film camera and was told by someone else it was unfixable! They sent me to National for a new lens and Hussain not only found the right replacement lens for me but fixed the broken one in less than 5 minutes. Super helpful!
