- SAschaundra andersonApr 28, 20265.0I stopped in to the Forest Lake location last Tuesday, April 21 desperately in search of a pair of jeans for an upcoming trip. I went to the store about 30 minutes before closing time and felt bad, because I tried on a bunch of jeans. The two sales associates were younger, and very sweet and helpful and never made me feel rushed, which I greatly appreciate (Even with it being close to closing time). Needless to say, I left with a pair of jeans I absolutely love and unexpectedly purchased a new jean jacket as well. Thank you.

They told me I should see it in the mail soon and that it was valid, but wouldn't honor it because I didn't have it with me even though they whipped out the coupon to show the other customer. I didn't push it or argue, I'm sure they were just doing their jobs. I just don't see the harm in honoring a coupon with all the competition out there. It just wasn't raving service :/
