My husband and I came to Tiffany to pick out our wedding bands, and Joe made the whole experience so smooth and easy. He was incredibly patient and attentive, never rushing us, always ready to answer questions, and genuinely knowledgeable about everything we looked at. We never felt any pressure, which made such a big difference for what could have been an overwhelming decision. Joe struck just the right balance of helpful and low-key, and we left feeling completely confident in our choices. Thanks to him, Tiffany is now my go-to recommendation for any friends who are on the hunt for their wedding bands. If you’re shopping for something special, ask for Joe — you’ll be in great hands!
Came to drop off a silver bracelet for cleaning and browse the new location. We were greeted by Mike S. who was helpful and friendly. He offered beverages and treats while we tried on different pieces. It was a great experience and fun to see the new location. I feel like there's less items than the previous Galleria location, but Mike let us know he could bring in anything we didn't see in store, so no biggie. My bracelet was ready faster than expected which was great. Once a Tiffany girl, always a Tiffany girl!

Iv seen the other reviews and im glad that did not happen when I walked in. I was greeted with a big smile from Joe, I didn't end up getting anything just because me and my cousin couldn't agree on matching rings. Nonetheless there were no remarks from Joe. He deserves a shout out. If you ever go there ask for him, you won't be let down.

When I walked into the Tiffany & Co Southdale location, I was so excited to buy a ring for my birthday to add to my collection of Tiffany products. I was greeted with utter disrespect and a lack of manners. An employee approached me, and I began to discuss with her which item I wanted. She haughtily informed me that the new location did not have the item I was looking for, which was okay, but when I tried to make solutions for the item she kept shutting them all down. It wasn't the fact that they didn't have the item that disappointed me, but the way the employee handled the situation and how she conversed with me when trying to solve it. The employee wasn't excited to help my family, and didn't make an effort to solve problems. She lacked respect for us, and it hindered our fondness for the company.
I have been a lifelong Tiffany customer and have never been so disappointed with both the quality and service delivered by the brand. I recently was gifted a silver necklace and was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the piece. It tarnished within two weeks of owning it, while I followed all care instructions, and it continued to tarnish after I polished it with the cleaning kit. After visiting the new Southdale location, I brought up my concerns and they were instantly shut down by one very disrespectful employee. Her delivery came off incredibly rude to my family and I, and she made no effort to solve anything. On top of that, my sister was looking for a ring for her birthday and that same employee made absolutely no effort to help her get it, and seemed almost like she didn’t want to sell anything to us. Overall the experience at the new store was overwhelmingly disappointing, and greatly weakened our love and appreciation for the brand.
