If i could leave no stars I would! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Given by General Manager LeVern. I come frequently, (well used to) refer friends and family and brag about the typical great customer service. I purchased a cart for over $100 with tax, started a rewards plan (first time I was offered) and 2 weeks later my cart wont work! I declined a receipt as I normally do. When I went in today for my pen to be looked at. LaVern wouldn't help without a receipt, wouldn't look up my account NOTHING!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN I WILL NEVER REFERR AGAIN! I doubt with all the technology that they couldn't have looked up my purchase. I wasnt asking for a refund or a replacement I just wanted it looked it! DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty other dispensaries in MN with wonderful customer service. This one is NOT customer service oriented.

This is one of the better dispensaries. I bought an eighth of flower, a strain called "Fight Club," 25% THC which was the strongest one they had. Quality is very good, bud wasn't dry and it's easy to break apart. Eighths were on sale when I was there, 42 bucks for an eighth, 52 total after taxes. That's my one biggest complaint is the price. My dealer gives me a half ounce 14 grams for 100 or an ounce 28 grams for 160. So 50 bucks for an eighth 3.5 grams hurts. But it's good stuff at least so there's that. Hopefully prices continue to come down and it becomes affordable for someone like me who needs it every single day to manage PTSD symptoms.
