  Great customer service. Called in the day before and Chelsey was super helpful and held what I was looking for in my size. Super comfortable friendly environment, kept checking in to get sizes, never felt rushed. Will be back!

  A young sales associate named Sara helped me shop for jeans. She was SO patient with my incessant questions and joyfully helped me figure out the sizing & fit I needed. I must have tried on 926 pairs of jeans before I found the ones I loved. Sara was a godsend! I looooove the Madewell brand but have never bought anything brand new from the store (all my Madewell stuff is secondhand). It’s hard to want to cough up that much money for clothing, BUT the quality of everything I’ve owned is exquisite!!

  Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Made a return, used a gift card, only owed them 82 cents, and it wasn't enough to charge on my card. One of the ladies at the front desk used her own change to pay my 82 cent bill. Seriously, they are the kindest people and continue to have the best quality clothing with great clearance sales.
