  Barrett was super helpful with an exchange (was gifted a chain that was too small). She had great energy with myself and other patrons that were in the store. Hannah was also very helpful with processing the exchange and questions I had about jewelry care. Both Barrett and Hannah appear to be fantastic ambassadors for the store and the brand, and I will be a returning customer for sure!

  Grace was so helpful in finding the right necklace for my girlfriend! Brought out many different types and asked the right questions to help find the perfect one. And gave no pressure or upselling which is hard to find. Thank you!

  Grace was an absolute gem! I stopped in on a whim at the Edina Southdale mall location to look around and tried on several different rings. Gorjana pieces are an investment for me so I didn't want to make a spur of the moment purchase. She put together a wishlist and emailed it to me 💖. That is above and beyond customer service! I can see why she was recently promoted to Assistant Manager 😊.
