  I got my first DY piece from this location. I already had an idea of what I wanted, a simple men's box chain bracelet. Allison helped me zero in on what I really wanted. She pulled various thicknesses for me to try on, and showed me example pieces so I can compare different metals. I decided on a 2.7mm platinum box chain bracelet but I went home to sleep on it. I came back the next day and Allison introduced me to Anastasiia who pulled more example pieces so I could take a second look, helped me pick the correct size, and placed my order. I came back 2 days later to pick up my bracelet nicely gift wrapped by Anastasiia. Thanks to both Anastasiia and Allison for a great experience!

  The customer service here is awful. I walked in and they were all gossiping and chatting and barely acknowledged me. I had arms and fingers full of DY jewelry and wanted to make a purchase, but they all seemed uninterested in helping, which was super disappointing.

  Staff was not helpful. I told them exactly what I wanted and was ready to make a purchase, but they repeatedly failed to follow through on promises to call me back. I had to follow up multiple times myself. It genuinely felt like they weren't interested in making the sale. When I finally said I'd take my business elsewhere, they seemed completely indifferent.

  I came in for a simple bracelet clasp repair or replacement and was disappointed by the initial customer service from the Russian woman. The employee who first assisted me was not knowledgeable about the issue and seemed unwilling to help, making a straightforward request unnecessarily frustrating. Thankfully, Angie stepped in and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. The repair took less than a minute. I appreciate Angie’s excellent service, but the initial interaction did not reflect the level of customer care I expected.
