  It's hard to buy anything when NO ONE greets you or asks if they can help you. This was a quiet Tuesday morning and there were more employees in the store than customers. I don't know if I wasn't thin enough to deserve attention or not, but rest assured, I won't be coming back.

  The store manager Tiffany goes above and beyond for this store brand. I’ve seen her outside the alo store and she is still wearing alo. She posts about alo on her social media. And she talks about alo with pride. She could certainly be in the advertising business. She really loves her job and it shows. And sells.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the best experience with Tiffany at ALO in the Galleria! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and took the time to explain fabrics, fit, and styling in a way that made such a difference. Her insight was spot on, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to get this level of personalized, 5-star customer service. Tiffany made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of ALO for years, so I was beyond excited when they finally opened this location in Edina. Since opening day, this store has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The space is beautiful, well-organized, and always stocked with the latest collections. But what truly sets this location apart is the manager, Tiffany. She consistently goes above and beyond to create an exceptional customer experience. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand. Whether it’s helping with sizing, styling recommendations, or tracking down a specific item, she makes every visit feel personal and effortless. It’s clear she takes pride in her team and her store, the customer service is consistently outstanding, and the overall vibe is welcoming and positive every single time I walk in. I’m so happy to have this store locally.
