  Ainslie went above and beyond trying to find me the item I wanted . Everyone in the store was so kind despite me looking a mess after flying across the country at 4 am

  Never answer their phone. Can't get through to save your life. Can't even leave a message as the phone rings 3x and then hangs up.

  It's hard to buy anything when NO ONE greets you or asks if they can help you. This was a quiet Tuesday morning and there were more employees in the store than customers. I don't know if I wasn't thin enough to deserve attention or not, but rest assured, I won't be coming back.
