Maybe it's me being cheap but, I hate paying some of those prices(180-200) It seems like if you find one you like , it's always way too high for me. I'll pay $140 but those are few. Then I found a clearance rack and after a half hour ,I found some Nike P6000 for 1/2 price at $85.00. So , pleased with my final outcome.

Customer service rerouted me to corporate and they were able to assist me quickly and apologized for any inconvenience. Corporate was confused why I was directed to her. She called the store and was able to get it figured out within seconds.

I was looking for a specific smoker and he said that they were coming in but wasn't sure they were in yet. He could have left it at that and I would have left disappointed ( and went somewhere else to buy one ) but he asked if I would wait for a few minutes while he went to check back stock. Beside exuding customer service at it finest. He was very knowledgeable as well a very friendly. Scheels is very lucky to have Lucas working for them.
