- TBThe Ole Bob1 day ago1.0Old lady was rude, seemed like she did not want to be at work. Atmosphere was very flat and not very inviting, the workers just seemed miserable. This was a very quick stop through for a small item, the gal I spoke with seemed very irritated & stand offish about a piece of jewelry that was inspected. The only worker that had any personality and was friendly was the younger worker. I actually feel sorry for her having to work around upset geriatrics all day. I don’t think I’ll be returning, I’ll stick to the bigger name jeweler companies. I’d work on your customer service, your the ones trying to sell items, folks can go anywhere to buy jewelry. Very rude staff, I’d take your business elsewhere as this place doesn’t seem to care if you give them business judging by their attitudes. I think this establishment is better suited for maybe St.Paul or Minneapolis, your attitudes would better accommodate those type of crowds.
