  My name is Lisa. I saved and it took me a while before I could afford the Movado. Sentimental reasons it had to be a Movado. The brunette with long straight hair helped. Sadly don’t remember her name. She was patient, kind, funny and seemed to understand what a big deal, big purchase this was for me. What a great experience she gave me. Made me feel worthy. I belonged. Crisis. Within weeks the spring snapped off. Being winter my long sleeves prevented the watch from falling and breaking. I tried to fix it eventually I called the store. Jean and John at first were skeptical because Movado did not do this. However I was persistent. They have been comforting, understanding and my experience with all three workers is such that even though I had trouble with my watch. They listened , took me seriously, did what was in their power to do and even though it’s almost six months of trying to remedy this. I would highly recommend highly recommend buying a Movado from them. They stood behind the name of the product and upheld the high excellency and expectation I had. That’s what makes a product when even the retailer believes and backs up the product beyond what the manufacturer states. Even through the frustration I experienced, they made sure I was not alone to figure out a solution and I don’t know if the current solution will be the final one. I wanted to publicly acknowledge how amazing these people are. Some people are just doing a job and are replaceable. John, Jean and the brunette are loyal, see and hear people and in my experience.   This store has no return policy. I bought a watch and right away found the same watch for $29 cheaper online. They refused to match the price and refund the difference. Bad customer service.
