The older slim lady that sits by the door was extremely rude from the time I had arrived not helpful and had a lot of negative comments the customer service was terrible I will not recommend coming to this location

The whole staff has been very professional throughout my time with them. They are knowledgeable, understanding and informative. The install was easy and the removal even easier. They took the time to walk me through the steps of having it placed into another vehicle after an accident. They handled the removal with the towing company. Last but not least, they are up front with you. They have to tell you what you don't want to hear as well as what you do want to hear at times.

Dont trust this location. They did a vehicle swap for my equipment and told me there wouldnt be a charge for the service. A month later I see a charge for 250 for that same service. They lie.

Literally the worst possible customer service from an interlock company. The interlock broke my car, and. Have to pay out of my own pocket to fix. And it’s going to take 2 weeks before the shop can even look at it because the wait time for the company to process an application for the auto shop to work on it. Oh yeah it also takes 2 days to talk to a supervisor. Which you’ll get nowhere w. I wouldn’t trust these people w ANYTHING. Literally the worst interlock company ever. And more expensive than they tell you upfront. DO NOT GET INTERLOCK THROUGH THEM. NIGHTMARE!!!!!
